Amazing service, I cannot recommend this place enough for urgent care! This place has saved my elderly uncles life twice when he was having complications with Covid and diabetes. Could not be more thankful. They don’t just treat you, they CARE for you when you’re there.

I hope I never have to go to another emergency room ever again but if I do I will make sure it’s here! Came in with pain and left without it. They were very patient with me as I have severe health anxiety. Dr. Kevin t and the nurse sherry were the best and super understanding! Never have an ever been made to feel so heard even if I am being a bit complicated. They explained everything they were giving to me and were just so kind. They were very thorough and ran numerous tests. They even ordered me pancakes! I am just so happy I went here and they were so fast as well. My labs were done in 20-30 minutes. Very happy with the care I received and would 10/10 recommend.

I love this ER and the medical staff there. On two different occasions I visited there and was given top of the line care. The Doctors are very thorough and do everything to ensure you are stable for enough discharge. They also order food for you if you are there for observation. Big shout out to all staff members❤️❤️

This review is strictly for Dr. Anthony Garcia. One of the best emergency room doctors I’ve ever had. He actually sat down and took the time to explain everything to me. He made my experience very personal. We chatted for a very long time and he made me feel very comfortable and answered every single question I had. I felt like usually emergency room doctors want you in and out and it feels very careless. But with Dr. Garcia, I felt as if he wouldn’t let me leave until he figured out exactly what was wrong with me. I left the ER was so much more information than when I went in. I would choose him as my primary care physician if I could. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done!

This past Saturday was helping a friend clean up their yard from all the trees that was damaged by Hurricane Beryl. In the process of doing so had a chainsaw bounce up and catch me in my finger, slicing into it 3 different times. Went to this ER due to it being right around the corner from their house. Was the best decision I ever made. Was in and out (wound cleaned up, stitched up, x-rayed to make sure no breaks/fractures) all within an hour and half. The staff were AMAZING! Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to how I was as well as understanding even when I was screaming. Dr. Jones and Nurse Nelly were just so sweet and made sure they explained everything to me step by step so I knew what was coming. I so wish I had this ER down were I live. Thank ya'll for everything!

We took our son to Aether Health's Kingwood ER location after a fall, and Tania at the front desk was amazing with him. She made him feel welcome with a lollipop and even helped distract him while I filled out paperwork. Tania's kindness helped make a potentially scary experience much easier for my son.

I broke my ankle about 3hrs before my visit to this place. The staff is awesome, educated, prompt and hilarious. I think we all left in stitches, luckily no physical stitches. 10/10, would break my ankle and get roasted again.

I could not imagine what might happen if there is no Kingwood ER. My elderly mother slipped and broke her hip, and we rushed her to Kingwood ER. The staff were so gentle and patient with her, understanding her anxiety. They performed X-rays quickly and confirmed the fracture. The ER team arranged for her transfer to a specialist for surgery without any delay. Thank you very much to the whole team!

After my ER visit at Kingwood ER, I was admitted to the hospital for further treatment. The transition was smooth, and the quality of care continued to be excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about this ER! First of all the place was immaculate (clean)!! Dr Kevin Tavangarian was GREAT! He was very professional and had excellent bed side manners. He showed great concern for my ankle which ended up being fractured and attended to my needs and comfort swiftly! His staff was top notch and was very friendly! They were very comforting and professional as well. I’ve been to my fair share of ER’S and hospitals in my time being ex military and I tell you by far this is the best one yet! If you need medical assistance and not feel like you are just a number or just another injury then this is your place. You will NOT regret going here because the customer service is GREAT!!!!!
